Guinness
goal record
Football
is a sport in which the final score is very dependent on team play level,
players attitude and many other elements. So final score might be very various –
starting from normal 2 to 1, 3 to 0 or even 7 -1 like in match between Brasilia
and Germany. Then there are some higher wins – Poland - San Marino 10 : 0 (for Poland
of course) , Australia - Tonga 22 : 0, but there aren’t the highest wins.
Inscribed
to Guinness Book of world records, giant score which took place in Madagaskar’s
league in match between AS Adema and SO de l'Emyrne was 149 to 0! Unfortunately
these dominance didn’t came from amazing play of enemy team – players l'Emyrne
were protesting against like them said “biased refereeing” and shooting own
goals. Average goal fell every 36 sec and the most scoring player was Central
defender of this team who scored 69 goals.
This is an amazing example of a creative protest! It must have been hilarious to watch.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, Brasilia is a town (the actual capital of the country) in BRAZIL, so it couldn't have played against Germany.
